What a standard Will includes
- Funeral wishes
- Advice on the distribution of your estate
- Legacies and gifts to individuals and/or charities
- Main beneficiaries of your estate
- Appointment of executors and trustees
- Appointment of guardians for minor children
- Trusts for minor children until they reach at least 18, or a later age you specify
- Draft Wills for review before signing, with clear guidance on execution
